Games of the Night; Wizards @ Raptors, Kings @ Suns and Cavs @ Nuggets

There are 11 games on the schedule tonight. It’s Friday so there are two ESPN games. The first game is Memphis Grizzlies @ Oklahoma City Thunder. If the Thunder had Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook this would be the game of the night.

Can LeBron and the Cavaliers rebound against the Denver Nuggets?

With both of them out I don’t think this will be a great game. The second game on ESPN is the Cleveland Cavaliers @ Denver Nuggets. The Cavaliers have not played well recently and neither has the Nuggets. We want to see if the Cavaliers will figure out how to play with each other so it will be interesting.

A matchup of two of the best point guards in the Eastern Conference, John Wall and Kyle Lowry.

If you have NBA League pass there are two games you should try to check out. The Washington Wizards visit the Toronto Raptors at 7:30 pm. Both teams sit atop the Eastern Conference at 4-1. They were playoff teams, have dynamic point guards and it should be a good game.

DeMarcus Cousins leads the 4-1 Kings into Phoenix to take on Eric Bledsoe and the Suns.

The other game on the schedule is the Sacramento Kings @ Phoenix Suns at 9:00 pm. The Kings are a surprising 4-1. Both Rudy Gay and DeMarcus Cousins average 24 points per game and new addition Darren Collison is averaging 15 points and 6.8 assists. After a tough lost to the Golden State Warriors in their opener the Kings had good wins against the Blazers and Clippers.

The Phoenix Suns are 3-2. Two of those wins came against the Lakers and the other was on the road against the Spurs.  The Suns are a fun team to watch. Led by Isaiah Thomas’s 18.6 ppg they have five players that average double figures.

Check these games out tonight. The first two games should be competitive and entertaining. The third game is there because LeBron James is playing and the Cavaliers are struggling right now so it will always be a story.
